Should OC Modeling face the California Labor Board just as LA Direct Models will? Will LATATA address the other porn agent allegations?

Last week on July 11, 2018 RollingStone.com reported details in regards to an extensive Labor Board Complaint which was filed by veteran porn industry attorney Allan Gelbard on behalf of 4 (presently 5) adult performers (pornstars) against porn agent Derek Hay of LA Direct Models – a complaint which requests the suspension of his talent agency license.
Is LA Direct Models the ONLY porn agency that should face serious consequences for allegedly unethical and allegedly criminal activity? 
According to BOTH adult performer Tiffany Fox and adult industry professional Jason Quinlan it appears that Sandra McCarthy of OC Modeling may also need to be brought before the California Labor Board as well. Both Fox and Quinlan have stated via their blog posts that OC Modeling is directly tied to an illegal escort operation.
It is important to note that OC Modeling is a member of the porn agency trade group LATATA (LATATA.org) whereas LA Direct Models no longer is (thought Derek Hay is rumored to be the founder of the group).
