What’s really the point of a “production hold” as long as HIV positive John Stagliano continues to produce content?

PNT commentary: It wasn’t too long ago that camgirl and pornstar Jenny Blighe made allegations of Evil Angel porn producer John Stagliano (who has been publicly known to be HIV positive since 1998) having “molested” her on set – so considering that at this stage all pornstars should be utilizing barrier protection in scenes to begin with (and considering that there have been HIV positive performers working in the American talent pool for quite some time), why bother with a production hold?
From our perspective, this is simply another instance of the Free Speech Coalition grandstanding and deflecting attention from the fact an increasing amount of media sources are becoming aware that an attorney from Randazza Legal Group (who the Free Speech Coalition has worked with for years) has publicly known that he considers FSC members (even those of Black and Jewish descent) to be a part of his “army”, alongside members of White Supremacist groups, Neo-Nazis and the KKK.
Back in April of 2018, the knowledgeable pornstar and blogger Kora Peters made an excellent point in regards to FSC called production holds failing to follow CDC (center for disease control) guidelines. 
Rather than paying the Free Speech Coalition any mind at this phase, it’s highly recommended that pornography industry professionals follow the industry alerts posted by the Adult Performers Actors Guild union (APAGunion.com). It appears that the APAG Union is honoring this production hold, but none of their leaders appear to be overly concerned.
