Mercedes Carrera relates her complaints as to why she won’t be attending AVN this year

Mercedes outlines various reasons as to why she won’t be attending the Adult Entertainment Expo and AVN award in Las Vegas this year – primarily citing security concerns, her lack of a signing deal with an established adult content studio and her issues with having to pay for a “plus one” ticket for her husband (Ms. Carrera feels that if mainstream actress Sandra Bullock doesn’t have to pay for her husband to attend the Oscars, she shouldn’t have to pay for her husband to attend the AVN awards).

Though Mercedes is relatively new to the industry from the Porn News Today collective’s perspective (according to IAFD.com she just recently elected to work as an adult actress in the year 2014) – she appears to feel as though she’s a well established “fixture” within the American pornographic industry community.
