*UPDATED – Pornstars & sexworkers like Mercedes Carrera and Christina Parreira seem to embody the dominant mentality (of today’s porn industry talent pool) of being comfortable working with Undetectables. Bye bye BIGOTS!
January 30, 2019UPDATE: As of FEBRUARY 6, 2019 mainstream media reported the arrest of MERCEDES CARRERA and her husband DAEMON CINS. The couple has been accused of and charged with molesting a 10 year old girl. Click here for details.
PNT commentary: It’s likely time for bigoted porn industry has beens such as Will Ryder aka Jeff Mullen and porn industry NEVER WAS types like homophobic Sean Tompkins aka TRPWL to apply to Postmates (but then again neither could likely pass the background check)- because today’s pornography industry is quickly leaving them and their archaic mentalities far behind as it blazes into the future.
An extensive scan of social media by the Porn News Today Collective has revealed that the DOMINANT mentality of the porn industry talent pool is that of pornstar Mercedes Carrera and sexworker Christina Parreira. Both women clearly understand that UNDETECTABLE = UNTRANSMITTABLE (in regards to the issue of HIV and HIV positive individuals who have achieved Undetectable status).
It’s advised that all active adult industry performers pay attention to the following tweets by Christina and Mercedes (and don’t forget to follow them on Twitter):
.@TheMercedesXXX I’m not sure what’s going on right now but 1. it’s pathetic that we have to educate people in porn on HIV101. Unreal. I’m sorry that you have to be around such morons. You’re super wonderful 💝

Yes you’re correct 100% @VegasTrollop and yes it’s astounding how few people in the adult industry are aware of this very rudimentary knowledge. ❤️ https://t.co/nFyUCNIcTY

Absolutely this. There are too many people clinging to outdated information to justify their own bigotry also. Those people are unwilling to educate themselves because familiar biases are hard for them to let go of. https://t.co/OcHJA6rRO3

When I first discussed working with transgender performers in 2015 I was warned that I would face ostracism & blacklisting, which made me even more convicted. Happy to see that in 2019 the stigma is going away, & trans performers & studios are more popular than ever!

It’s exactly this. I am a free thinker who believes in equality and justice FOR ALL. I am inclusive and work with ALL performers of every race and gender, unlike the APAG union whose “leaders” discriminate and aren’t even part of the current talent pool. I walk my talk. https://t.co/fprzpd4fjl

Most of us now are very open minded. It’s just the death throes of a performer generation that is largely irrelevant who maintain their homophobia and hatred. https://t.co/JMzzOSyEGl
