PNT commentary: Now the question is, who else linked to Mercedes Carrera and Daemon Cins may be involved? Ironically Daemon’s “Eskimo Brother” and “$700 dollar an hour” attorney Marc Randazza of Randazza Legal Group penned an essay in 2010 DEFENDING the author of a book titled “The Pedophiles Guide”. In addition, Randazza spoke on a Libertarian Party of Nevada panel alongside an internationally known convicted pedophile named August Kurt Brackob aka Kurt Treptow.
Only time will tell if the Free Speech Coalition will make an official statement in regards to this issue considering that Mercedes and Daemon have both been very verbal and aggressive Free Speech Coalition supporters. In fact, the Free Speech Coalition twitter account @FSCarmy routinely retweeted Mercedes Carrera.

It’s also important to note that Mercedes Carrera provided quite a bit of commentary in Jon Ronson’s latest audiobook release “The Last Days Of August”.
RANCHO CUCAMONGA (CBSLA) — Police say an adult film actress and a producer who were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of committing sexual acts with a girl may have other victims.
Melinda Smith, 35, and Jason Whitney, 43, were charged Tuesday with eight counts each of sexually abusing a child under the age of 10. They also face a count of possession while armed with a handgun.
Smith is also known as Mercedes Carrera, a porn star with an extensive number of credits on IMDB. Police say Whitney is a producer and director of several pornographic films.
Detectives from the Rancho Cucamonga police department say they were first notified of sexual acts against a girl under the age of 10 on Jan. 31. The girl was sexually abused repeatedly over four months by Smith and Whitney, according to police.
Last Friday, a search warrant served at their home uncovered evidence corroborating the girl’s statement, including a bedroom set-up where the couple could film and record various pornographic videos or web shows, methamphetamine and two loaded handguns, police said.
The couple was denied bail and remain in custody. They are scheduled to make their first court appearance Wednesday.

Mercedes Carrera (who opposes the APAG Union and supports the Free Speech Coalition) bullied the Vice President of the Adult Performers Actors Guild Union (Ruby) extensively for days. When Ruby responded Mercedes’ husband Daemon Cins issued a legal threat to Ruby. Ironically the attorney he referenced is a SLAPP suit EXPERT with ties to the Free Speech Coalition.
