NBC reports: In the midst of the Girls Do Porn lawsuit – the primary defendant Michael Pratt flees the country (just as the founder of Pornwikileaks did)

Those who are familiar with this case are aware that the 22 plaintiffs all claim that they were tricked into performing hardcore scenes for the company with the promise that the footage would never be seen in the U.S., but instead would be sold on DVD in Europe and Asia, and that the women’s real identities would not be revealed.

The unfortunate reality was that GirlsDoPorn published the scenes on its own website, reportedly sold the footage to other adult sites including Pornhub, and leaked the women’s identities to the racist, misogynistic and homophobic hate crime PornWikiLeaks (who’s operation was advised by unethical lawyer Michael Fattorosi and founded by a defunct male sex worker – click here to learn who he is).

According to a report by the local NBC station:

On Tuesday, attorneys for the 22 women who are suing the website, Girls Do Porn, its owner Michael Pratt, videographer Matthew Wolfe, and actor and director Ruben ‘Andre’ Garcia, said they were informed that Pratt was no longer in the country, despite being under subpoena to testify.

‘We have been informed that [Pratt] is no longer in the jurisdiction and is no longer available to testify, even though he is under court order to here in court,’ said lead attorney Ed Chapin.

“I have never had this happen before. We are going to be running it to ground and asking the court for whatever relief we can get,” a surprised Chapin commented

GirlsDoPorn and Pratt’s attorney, Daniel Kaplan, alleges that his client’s disappearance should not be considered suspicious.

“It doesn’t have anything to do with the trial,” Kaplan told reporters according to NBC. “The trial date was uncertain for a number of months and the case has been going on for three years. People still have their lives to lead, including the defendants.”

Kaplan claimed Pratt will continue “to participate in the case.”
