November 8, 2019PNT commentary: It’s important to note that NO LEGAL INDUSTRY should involve elements that lead it’s workers to routinely feel suicidal. No wonder so many legal and government entities are scrutinizing the operational practices of the adult entertainment industry as of current.
Porn star Jessica Jaymes attempted suicide at least once before her death — which was caused by a seizure related to years of alcohol abuse, a report said Thursday.
Jaymes, who died at her California home in September, had “a history of depression, suicidal ideations, suicide attempts, by prescription medication and cutting wrists,” according to an autopsy report obtained by Radar Online.
Jaymes attempted suicide in April 2019 by overdosing on Ambien, according to the report, which said she left a note.
The former porn star, “drank alcohol, blacked out, and then overdosed on sleeping medication” on April 9, according to the report obtained by the magazine.
She had also been hospitalized several times after being deemed a danger to herself or others, Radar reported.
The adult film actress, who starred in more than 200 porn films and was once Hustler magazine’s “Honey of the Year,” died at the age of 40 after suffering a seizure in her San Fernando Valley home on Sept. 17.
