In the 2016 pntlive video archive Alexandra reviews some 2016 blog posts by Michael Strother in regards to one of TLC’s operators known as Dave allegedly attempting to murder a rival pimp who appears to have tried to extort him. As of today, Michael Strother’s website MikeSouth.com is controlled by TLC.

As of 2019 the California Labor Board launched an investigation into Derek Hay of LA Direct Models due to a complaint against his agency filed (in which TLC is named).

In this 2016 PNTLIVE video archive Alexandra a Mayers fka Monica Foster shares additional news coverage in regards to the arrest of an operator (and public figure) of The Luxury Companion known as Dave – who according to public court documents, multiple blogs and credible twitter posts is also known as Dwight Cunningham.

As of current much of the research on The Luxury Companion done by a woman known as Kelli (and posted on a website called LukeIsBack) has been deleted. The LukeIsBack website of current is controlled by TRPWL Sean, links to Derek Hay of LA direct models and the site is rumored to have been purchased by The Luxury Companion (rumor has it the money was funneled thought TRPWL Sean).

Since this 2016 the target who Dave/Dwight attempted to shoot, John forbush, has disappeared.

As of 2019 TLC was named in a California Labor Board complain against LA Direct models and Derek Hay. Though TRPWL Sean Tompkins has labeled TLC an “agency” they are not a part of LATATA.

In the 2016 PNTLIVE archive Alex Mayers reviews the legal case revolving around the famous German violinist David Garrett, pornstar Kendall Karson and The Luxury Companion. much of David Garrett’s testimony reflects that of Charlie Sheen (who claimed to be extorted by pornstar Brett Rossi).
Ironically Brett and Kendall had the same “publicist” at one point (a man known as Evil Genius Vic).
