A common EXTORTION scam used against current, ex and retired adult entertainers. Don’t EVER pay someone to attempt to keep your past a “secret” – as you have NOTHING to be ashamed of.
April 11, 2020 Off By PNTLIVEPNT commentary: The mere fact that this particular criminal was too stupid to realize that attempting to extort retired adult actress and founder of Porn News Today Alexandra Mayers fka Monica Foster is hilarious in itself… but considering that it did indeed happen – our team feels that it’s important to remind both the adult industry and the general public of the following:
When you decide to step in front of a camera and take off your clothes (whether you utilize an alias or your legal name), that moment may follow you for the rest of your life. Not only are cammodels and pornstars public figures – but many criminals (both external to and within the adult entertainment industry) have come to realize that it’s possible to profit off of their “shame” via extortion tactics.
QUESTION: What’s the key to avoid being extorted by jerks threatening to “expose” or “out” your past choices?
ANSWER: NOT TO BE ASHAMED.
Don’t try to hide your past or your legal name – because that does nothing but empower those seeking to use your past against you. Take accountability for who you are and understand that every action you’ve ever taken in life is what makes you exactly who you are (and who you were always meant to be).
Upon Alexandra reporting this account, it was promptly deleted from Twitter. Basically this account was attempting to do the exact same thing that the founder of Pornwikileaks did (and what people like Sean Matthew Tompkins / Barthold aka TRPWL and the operators of XXXstarPR continue to attempt to do to pornstars to this day) – so remember to ALWAYS expose such individuals, report such individuals to the proper authorities and NEVER FORGET to tell such individuals to GO TO HELL.
